FIRM OVERVIEW:

Legend Financial Advisors, Inc.® (Legend) is a Non-Commission, Fee-Only, Fiduciary Securities and Exchange Commission registered investment advisory firm with its headquarters located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Legend provides Wealth Advisory Services including Financial Planning and Investment Management strategies to affluent and wealthy individuals as well as business entities and non-profit organizations.

POSITION INFORMATION:

Legend is currently seeking individuals for a full-time or part-time Administrative Support position.  High energy individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent team skills and a commitment to outstanding client service, would make an excellent fit.  Legend provides qualified individuals with outstanding education and growth opportunities.

Legend’s dress code requires professional business attire, although casual attire is periodically permitted when clients and/or guests will not be visiting our office.

Legend permits employees to flex work schedules when needed.

Administrative Duties:

  1. Schedule client appointments.
  2. Telephone communications with clients and vendors.
  3. Reception desk duties including greeting clients and vendors.
  4. Word processing and data entry duties.
  5. Become proficient in the use of the firm’s database [Customer Relationship Management (CRM)] program.
  6. Proofreading documents and articles.
  7. Oversee reception area and conference rooms.
  8. Process incoming/outgoing E-mail and faxes.
  9. Perform document scanning and auditing.
  10. Other administrative tasks as needed.

Position Requirements:

  1. Professional written and oral communication skills.
  2. Excellent grammar skills.
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Strong proofreading skills.
  5. Minimum 50 Words Per Minute word processing speed with excellent accuracy.
  6. Highly organized multi-tasker in a busy office environment.
  7. Desire to work in a business environment which requires conservative, professional dress and appearance.
  8. Desktop publishing experience is a plus.
  9. Database experience is a plus.
