If you believe your personal situation does not meet Legend’s minimum fee requirements, we may be able to assist you through our sister firm, EmergingWealth Investment Management, Inc. (EmergingWealth), a Fee-Only Securities and Exchange Commission registered investment advisory firm.  EmergingWealth provides Investment Management services to individuals as well as business entities and non-profit organizations whose wealth is emerging (typically this amount would be near or greater than $300,000.00 or more of investable assets).  All investment portfolios are subadvised by Legend.  Both Legend and EmergingWealth share a common advisory team and investment committee.  The minimum quarterly fee for EmergingWealth's Investment Management services is $750.00.  Additionally, we can refer clients that have less than $300,000.00 of investable assets to another advisory firm that will access and utilize Legend’s investment portfolio strategies.  For additional information, please contact our CCO, CEO and President, Louis P.
