Legend offers its investment management clients a Competitive fee schedule.

Our investment Management fee depends upon the amount of investment assets managed. This can include existing employer Retirement Plan investments such as 401(k) and 403(b) plans.

Our Financial Planning Services are included in the fee.

The fee structure below represents Legend’s annual investment management fee.  This fee is billed on a quarterly basis.

Legend's Fiscal Annual Fee Schedule:

  1. .9000% on the first $500,000.00;
  2. Plus .8500% on the amount in excess of $500,000.00, but not greater than $1,000,000.00;
  3. Plus .7500% on the amount in excess of $1,000,000.00, but not greater than $2,000,000.00;
  4. Plus .5000% on the amount in excess of $2,000,000.00, but not greater than $5,000,000.00;
  5. Plus .2500% on the amount in excess of $5,000,000.00.

Special Discount For Non-Profit Organizations:

Investment management for Non-Profit organizations are entitled to a discount on all fees, subject to the minimum fee.
